Our Story
After several years working in hospitality in Corsica, we chose to return to the mainland to be closer to our families and begin our own adventure.
From our very first visit to Le Grillon in January 2020, we experienced a true love at first sight — not only for the property itself, but also for the beautiful land just above it, offering breathtaking views over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The idea of enhancing this place never left us.
After much reflection and a series of imagined projects, Les Terrasses du Grillon were born: four warm and welcoming chalets designed as a natural extension of our desire to host, share and showcase this corner of Auvergne that we love so deeply. This new chapter, launched in 2025, represents a meaningful continuation of our human and family journey.
